Consultation

We start with a friendly chat to define your perfect car.

Getting the ball rolling is simple. Just fill in our "Source My Car" form with as much information as you can — whether you already know the exact car you want or just have a rough idea. Once submitted, a member of our team will be in touch to go over your form in more detail.

We'll talk through your preferences, discuss options, and confirm the finer details of your ideal car — from manufacturer and model to specification and budget. By the end of the call, we'll have a clear brief agreed between us and will be ready to start sourcing your perfect car.

With the details locked in, it's time for us to get to work.

Inspection

We personally inspect and test every car.

From shortlist to scrutiny — we put the selected car through a full inspection. We don't recommend a car unless it passes our checks. A great shine isn't enough; what matters is how well it's been maintained and documented.

What we verify:

- Background: ownership record, mileage verification, MOT status, and a full HPI check.

- Maintenance History: service intervals, evidence of major scheduled works completed, invoices/receipts, advisories or any recalls.

- Condition: exterior and interior, paint and trim, wheels/tyres, and overall wear.

- Road test: performance, drivability, noises, overall feel.

If it meets our standards, we'll talk you through the findings, and only when you are happy and with your go-ahead, we will ask for a partial payment to secure the car. Once received, we moved on to preparation, ready for the handover.

Handover

You collect or receive your car, ready to drive.

Once everything is in place, we prepare your car for handover. Whether you're collecting it or arranging delivery - something we'll discuss during your consultation, we make sure it's presented to our standard: spotless, checked, and ready to drive away.

We'll take care of the final touches so that when the keys are handed over, all that's left for you to do is enjoy the drive.
